F-theta Scan Lens are commonly used with galvanometer scanning mirrors in laser engraving, cutting and marking systems. The reason why it is named as F-theta lens is that the radial image height equals to focal length multiplied by the angle of the chief ray made in the object space. Typically the F-theta distortion of this lens is kept at less than 1% so that it produces a precise spot on the flat field on image plane.

An industry-standard M85 threading on all F-theta lenses allows for easy mounting and simple retrofitting of OEM systems.

      532nm F-theta lens is used on green laser marking machine. By now, we have designed and manufactured F254-W532 and F435-W532. The square field sizes are 175mm*175mm and 300mm*300mm respectively.
